Ingredients:
- 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob, husked and cleaned
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- Zest of 1 lime (optional)
- Chopped fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, cilantro) (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Husk and clean the corn, removing all silk.
- Spread softened butter evenly over each ear of corn using a pastry brush or your hands.
- Season with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you desire.
- Wrap each ear of corn individually in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped corn on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from oven, unwrap, and serve hot. Enjoy with additional toppings if desired!
