- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (1.25ml)
- 2 tablespoons (15g) Granola
- 1 tablespoon (8g) Chopped Peanuts
- Optional: Sliced Banana or Berries
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into your serving glass or bowl.
