Ingredients:

  • Leftover ribs (about 500g or 1 lb)
  • Cooking spray (optional, about 1 tablespoon or 15ml)
  • Barbecue sauce (optional, about 60ml or 1/4 cup)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
  2. If desired, lightly spray the ribs with cooking spray for added crispiness.
  3. Arrange the ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until heated through with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. In the last minute of cooking, brush on barbecue sauce for a sticky glaze.
  6. Remove the ribs with tongs and let them rest for a minute before serving. Enjoy!
