Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz/454g) bag frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Red pepper flakes to taste
- Optional: Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).
- Place frozen broccoli florets in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Toss well to ensure broccoli is evenly coated with oil and spices.
- Spread broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding for even roasting.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
