Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz/454g) bag frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Optional: Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).
  2. Place frozen broccoli florets in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  4. Toss well to ensure broccoli is evenly coated with oil and spices.
  5. Spread broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding for even roasting.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
