Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine chicken strips, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add soy sauce and dried oregano. Stir to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
