Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken strips, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add soy sauce and dried oregano. Stir to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
