  • 1 tsp (2g) lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Dice the imitation crab meat into uniform pieces to ensure consistent flavor distribution. Finely chop the celery, red onion, and parsley, and place them into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the low-fat mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, zest, and seasonings until the mixture is smooth and the Old Bay is evenly incorporated.
  3. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture. Using a silicone spatula, gently fold the ingredients together until the crab is thoroughly coated, avoiding over-mixing to keep the chunks intact.
