Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (120 ml) Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • ⅛ teaspoon (0.625 ml) Salt (or to taste)
  • Optional: A pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt (and cayenne pepper, if using).
  2. Whisk or stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and uniform in color.
  3. Sample the sauce and adjust seasoning to your liking. Add more salt, pepper, or garlic powder as needed.
  4. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or longer) to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with chicken fingers, fries, or your favorite dipping foods.
