Ingredients:
- ½ cup (120 ml) Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Ketchup
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) Black Pepper, freshly ground
- ⅛ teaspoon (0.625 ml) Salt (or to taste)
- Optional: A pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt (and cayenne pepper, if using).
- Whisk or stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and uniform in color.
- Sample the sauce and adjust seasoning to your liking. Add more salt, pepper, or garlic powder as needed.
- Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or longer) to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with chicken fingers, fries, or your favorite dipping foods.
