Ingredients:

  • 4 large oranges (about 2 lbs / 900 g)
  • 2 large lemons (about 0.6 lbs / 270 g)
  • 2 limes (about 0.3 lbs / 135 g)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold water or sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Wash the oranges, lemons, and limes under cold water.
  2. Cut each fruit in half.
  3. Using the citrus juicer, extract juice from each half. Collect the juice in a bowl or pitcher.
  4. Pour the freshly squeezed juice through the juice strainer into another bowl or pitcher to remove pulp and seeds.
  5. If desired, stir in honey or agave syrup until dissolved.
  6. Mix in cold or sparkling water to reach your preferred consistency.
  7. Pour the juice into glasses and enjoy immediately, garnishing with a slice of citrus if desired.
