Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) broccolini, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (chili flakes)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the broccolini and place it in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, add minced garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread broccolini in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly browned.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve immediately.
