Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) broccolini, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (chili flakes)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the broccolini and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, add minced garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread broccolini in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly browned.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve immediately.
