Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Jell-O Gelatin Dessert Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 0.5 cup 80-proof Vodka
  • 0.5 cup cold water

Instructions:

  1. Prep the station. Arrange 20 plastic 2 oz portion cups on a sturdy baking sheet. Note: This allows for easy transport to the fridge.
  2. Start the dissolve. Place the 3 oz gelatin powder into a large heat proof glass bowl.
  3. Hydrate the protein. Pour 1 cup of boiling water directly over the powder.
  4. Whisk vigorously. Continue stirring for a full 2 minutes until all granules are completely dissolved.
  5. Create the bridge. Pour in 0.5 cup of cold water and 0.5 cup of 80 proof vodka.
  6. Stir gently. Combine the liquids until the mixture feels cool and cohesive.
  7. Measure and pour. Transfer the liquid into a measuring cup and fill each portion cup 3/4 full.
  8. Chill and set. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 4 hours until the centers are firm and wiggly.
