Ingredients:

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3-4 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet; cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes. Stir in chopped cabbage and diced potatoes; sauté for 10-12 minutes until the cabbage is wilted and potatoes are tender.
  4. Add garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt; mix well.
  5. Return the browned kielbasa to the pan and stir to combine; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
