Ingredients:
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into rounds
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3-4 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet; cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes. Stir in chopped cabbage and diced potatoes; sauté for 10-12 minutes until the cabbage is wilted and potatoes are tender.
- Add garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt; mix well.
- Return the browned kielbasa to the pan and stir to combine; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
