Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless beef ribs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Remove any excess fat from the ribs. Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well combined.
- Place the seasoned ribs in the slow cooker. Pour the marinade/sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover the slow cooker.
- Set the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Check tenderness – the ribs should be fork-tender.
- Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and let rest for a few minutes. Optionally, reduce the sauce on the stove for a thicker consistency. Serve the ribs with the sauce drizzled over them.
