Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless beef ribs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Remove any excess fat from the ribs. Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Place the seasoned ribs in the slow cooker. Pour the marinade/sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover the slow cooker.
  4. Set the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Check tenderness – the ribs should be fork-tender.
  5. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and let rest for a few minutes. Optionally, reduce the sauce on the stove for a thicker consistency. Serve the ribs with the sauce drizzled over them.
