Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Extra Shredded Cheddar Cheese (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives or Green Onion, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Ensure the cooked chicken is fully shredded and any excess liquid has been drained off.
  2. If the cream cheese is not fully softened, microwave it gently for 20–30 seconds until easily pliable.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the softened cream cheese, ranch/blue cheese dressing, and Buffalo wing sauce until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheddar, 1 cup of Jack, and the optional mozzarella until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Scrape the entire mixture into the slow cooker insert. Spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top layer.
  7. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours or High for 2–3 hours, stirring halfway through, until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and heated through.
  8. Garnish immediately with fresh chives or green onion before serving directly from the slow cooker.
