Ingredients:
- 3 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Optional)
- 1/4 cup Extra Shredded Cheddar Cheese (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives or Green Onion, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Ensure the cooked chicken is fully shredded and any excess liquid has been drained off.
- If the cream cheese is not fully softened, microwave it gently for 20–30 seconds until easily pliable.
- In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the softened cream cheese, ranch/blue cheese dressing, and Buffalo wing sauce until smooth.
- Gently fold in the shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheddar, 1 cup of Jack, and the optional mozzarella until everything is evenly coated.
- Scrape the entire mixture into the slow cooker insert. Spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top layer.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours or High for 2–3 hours, stirring halfway through, until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and heated through.
- Garnish immediately with fresh chives or green onion before serving directly from the slow cooker.
