Ingredients:
- 8 cups fresh, clean snow
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Collect fresh, clean snow in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt (if using) until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
- Gradually add the liquid mixture to the snow, stirring gently but quickly until you reach a soft-serve consistency.
- Serve immediately before it melts!
