- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 Tablespoon ground Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon ground Coriander
- 1 Tablespoon ground Cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground Nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground Cloves
Instructions:
- Wash and thoroughly dry your glass jars and lids. Ensure they are completely dry to prevent clumping of spices.
- Select your spice blends and gather all necessary ingredients. Measure each spice according to your desired recipe.
- In a small bowl, combine all spices for one blend. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until evenly distributed.
- If using whole spices, grind them using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder before mixing.
- Using a spoon or a funnel, carefully transfer the spice blend into a prepared glass jar.
- Clearly label each jar with the name of the spice blend and the date.
- Seal the jars tightly with their lids. Store in a cool, dark, and dry place to maintain freshness.
