Ingredients:

  • Glass Jars with airtight lids
  • Small spoons or scoops

  • Mortar and Pestle (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons dried orange peel, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon dried lemon peel, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon dried ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon ground Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon ground Coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon ground Cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground Cloves

Instructions:

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry your glass jars and lids. Ensure they are completely dry to prevent clumping of spices.
  2. Select your spice blends and gather all necessary ingredients. Measure each spice according to your desired recipe.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all spices for one blend. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until evenly distributed.
  4. If using whole spices, grind them using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder before mixing.
  5. Using a spoon or a funnel, carefully transfer the spice blend into a prepared glass jar.
  6. Clearly label each jar with the name of the spice blend and the date.
  7. Seal the jars tightly with their lids. Store in a cool, dark, and dry place to maintain freshness.
