Instructions:

  1. Gather Your Spices: Raid your pantry! Inspect spices for freshness (aroma is key). Discard anything that's past its prime.
  2. Measure Ingredients: Using measuring spoons, carefully measure out each spice for each blend into a separate bowl.
  3. Combine Spices: Whisk or stir the spices together in each bowl until well combined.
  4. Grind Whole Spices (Optional): If using whole spices like peppercorns, grind them finely using a spice grinder before combining with the other ingredients.
  5. Transfer to Storage Containers: Transfer each spice blend to an airtight jar or container.
