  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the quartered strawberries, sugar, and balsamic glaze in a medium bowl. Toss gently and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the natural syrups to release.
  2. Fold the thinly sliced basil into the strawberry mixture just before serving to maintain the bright aroma and color.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the ricotta, honey, vanilla extract, and salt for 30 seconds until the texture is velvety and light.
  4. Spoon a dollop of the creamy base into the center of four bowls and top with the strawberry-basil mixture and its syrup.
