Ingredients:

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio recommended)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) brandy
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) simple syrup (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup diced melon (cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • 1 (12 oz/355ml) can sparkling water or club soda, chilled (for topping off)
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup.
  2. Add the sliced orange, lemon, lime, halved grapes, sliced strawberries, and diced melon to the pitcher.
  3. Stir the mixture gently to combine the fruit and liquid.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, add ice to the pitcher. Top with sparkling water or club soda (if using).
  6. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Ladle into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your white sangria recipe!
