Ingredients:

  • 450 g lean ground beef
  • 8 g taco seasoning
  • 60 ml water
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 120 g salsa
  • 2 g taco seasoning
  • 8 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 225 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, simmering until the liquid reduces.
  3. Let the meat cool completely.
  4. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on a tortilla. Add shredded cheddar and taco meat, then roll tightly.
  6. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
  7. Remove from the refrigerator, trim ends, and slice into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
