Ingredients:
- 450 g lean ground beef
- 8 g taco seasoning
- 60 ml water
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 120 g sour cream
- 120 g salsa
- 2 g taco seasoning
- 8 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
- 225 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain the excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water, simmering until the liquid reduces.
- Let the meat cool completely.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on a tortilla. Add shredded cheddar and taco meat, then roll tightly.
- Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Remove from the refrigerator, trim ends, and slice into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
