Ingredients:
- 32 fl oz (950 ml) good quality tomato juice
- 4 fl oz (120 ml) vodka
- 2 fl oz (60 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 fl oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 Dashes of Angostura bitters
- Lemon wedge
- Lime wedge
- Celery stalk
- Pickled green beans or olives
- Cooked bacon strip
- Jumbo shrimp (optional)
- Pickled Okra (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all Bloody Mary Mix ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Taste the mix and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more horseradish for a stronger kick, more lemon/lime juice for tang, or more hot sauce for heat.
- For best results, chill the mix in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld together.
- Wet the rims of the glasses with a lemon or lime wedge and dip them in celery salt.
- Fill each glass with ice.
- Pour 4 fl oz (120 ml) of the Bloody Mary mix into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into the prepared glasses over ice.
- Garnish each Bloody Mary with your desired garnishes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Bloody Marvelous Mary!
