Ingredients:

  • 32 fl oz (950 ml) good quality tomato juice
  • 4 fl oz (120 ml) vodka
  • 2 fl oz (60 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 fl oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 4 Dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Lemon wedge
  • Lime wedge
  • Celery stalk
  • Pickled green beans or olives
  • Cooked bacon strip
  • Jumbo shrimp (optional)
  • Pickled Okra (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all Bloody Mary Mix ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Taste the mix and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more horseradish for a stronger kick, more lemon/lime juice for tang, or more hot sauce for heat.
  4. For best results, chill the mix in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld together.
  5. Wet the rims of the glasses with a lemon or lime wedge and dip them in celery salt.
  6. Fill each glass with ice.
  7. Pour 4 fl oz (120 ml) of the Bloody Mary mix into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into the prepared glasses over ice.
  8. Garnish each Bloody Mary with your desired garnishes.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your Bloody Marvelous Mary!
