Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix well until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (if using).
- Use a fork to flatten each cookie, pressing down in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown. The centers will still appear soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
