Ingredients:
- 4 oz (120 ml) Ginger Ale (chilled)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Grenadine
- ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice (optional)
- Maraschino Cherries (for garnish)
- Orange slice or lemon twist (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled ginger ale into the glass.
- Gently pour the grenadine over the ginger ale. It will settle to the bottom.
- If using, squeeze in the fresh lime juice.
- Use a bar spoon or long spoon to gently stir the drink, combining the grenadine and ginger ale. Avoid over-stirring.
- Add 2-3 maraschino cherries to the drink. Optional: add an orange slice or lemon twist.
- Serve Immediately.
