Ingredients:

  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal (140g)
  • 6 cups Corn Chex cereal (140g)
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex cereal (70g)
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks or squares (30g), broken into smaller pieces
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts) (120g)
  • 1 cup bagel chips (50g), broken into smaller pieces
  • 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (45ml)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt (7.5ml)
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder (3.75ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (2.5ml)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Chex cereals, pretzels, nuts, and bagel chips. Mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the sauce evenly over the cereal mixture. Stir gently but thoroughly to coat everything.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container.
