Ingredients:
- 6 cups Rice Chex cereal (140g)
- 6 cups Corn Chex cereal (140g)
- 3 cups Wheat Chex cereal (70g)
- 1 cup pretzel sticks or squares (30g), broken into smaller pieces
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts) (120g)
- 1 cup bagel chips (50g), broken into smaller pieces
- 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (45ml)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt (7.5ml)
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder (3.75ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (2.5ml)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Chex cereals, pretzels, nuts, and bagel chips. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the cereal mixture. Stir gently but thoroughly to coat everything.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container.
