Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced red onions
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced salami
  • 1 cup diced turkey
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and green bell pepper.
  3. Slice the black olives.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped romaine, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, and bell pepper.
  5. Add the diced salami, turkey, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture.
  8. Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
