Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, freshly shredded
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 0.5 cup Frank’s RedHot Original sauce
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.25 cup green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Frank’s RedHot sauce. Blend with a spatula or hand mixer until completely smooth. Fold in the garlic powder and half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- Fold the shredded chicken breast into the creamy mixture until thoroughly coated. Transfer the mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish or a 2-quart oven-safe skillet, spreading it into an even layer.
- Top with the remaining Monterey Jack and the sharp cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is golden. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
