Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, freshly shredded
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Frank’s RedHot Original sauce
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Frank’s RedHot sauce. Blend with a spatula or hand mixer until completely smooth. Fold in the garlic powder and half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  2. Fold the shredded chicken breast into the creamy mixture until thoroughly coated. Transfer the mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish or a 2-quart oven-safe skillet, spreading it into an even layer.
  3. Top with the remaining Monterey Jack and the sharp cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is golden. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
