Instructions:
- Chill the mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator for about 5-10 minutes to ensure they are cold.
- In the chilled bowl, add the heavy cream, lavender syrup, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Using an electric mixer on medium speed, whip the mixture until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
- Taste the foam and adjust the sweetness or lavender flavor, adding more syrup if desired. Whip again briefly to combine.
- Spoon the whipped foam over your chosen beverage or dessert immediately. Garnish with lavender buds if desired.
