Instructions:

  1. Chill the mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator for about 5-10 minutes to ensure they are cold.
  2. In the chilled bowl, add the heavy cream, lavender syrup, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, whip the mixture until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Taste the foam and adjust the sweetness or lavender flavor, adding more syrup if desired. Whip again briefly to combine.
