Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (710ml) ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) granulated sugar
  • Fresh raspberries and lemon slices, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the ice cubes, pink lemonade concentrate, heavy cream, and sugar to a high-speed blender.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Stop to scrape sides if needed.
  3. Sample the whipped pink lemonade. Add more sugar or lemon juice to taste. Blend again.
  4. Immediately pour the whipped pink lemonade into chilled glasses.
  5. Top with fresh raspberries and a lemon slice for garnish (optional).
