Ingredients:
- 3 cups (710ml) ice cubes
- 1/2 cup (120ml) pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) granulated sugar
- Fresh raspberries and lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Add the ice cubes, pink lemonade concentrate, heavy cream, and sugar to a high-speed blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Stop to scrape sides if needed.
- Sample the whipped pink lemonade. Add more sugar or lemon juice to taste. Blend again.
- Immediately pour the whipped pink lemonade into chilled glasses.
- Top with fresh raspberries and a lemon slice for garnish (optional).
