- 3 large Egg Whites
- 0.5 cup Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 0.5 cup sugar-free Caramel Sauce
- 8 oz Fat Free Whipped Topping
- 2 Heath bars (1.4 oz each), crushed
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Note: This ensures the carbonation reacts immediately upon entry.
- Combine the 15.25 oz dry cake mix, 12 oz Diet Coke, and 3 large egg whites in a large bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients until the bubbles subside and the batter is silky.
- Pour the mixture into a sprayed 9x13 pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is springy.
- Rest the cake for 5 minutes on a wire rack.
- Poke holes across the surface using the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Drizzle the 0.5 cup fat free sweetened condensed milk and 0.5 cup sugar-free caramel sauce evenly over the holes until the liquid is fully absorbed.
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Spread the 8 oz fat free whipped topping over the surface and sprinkle with the crushed Heath bars.
