- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon (2g) salt
- ¼ teaspoon (1g) black pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) balsamic glaze
- Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, ensuring any wilted outer leaves are removed.
- In a mixing bowl, combine halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese if desired, and enjoy immediately.
