Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash and cube the potatoes into roughly equal sizes.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer (if required). Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through. Cook until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley (if using). Serve immediately.
