Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) pre-made pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- ½ cup (120 ml) pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 8 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream (30 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter (28g)
- 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (50g) cooked and crumbled bacon (about 6 slices)
- 1/4 cup (40g) diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven. Stretch or roll out pizza dough to desired thickness.
- Brush with olive oil. Spread with sauce.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in skillet. Cook eggs until soft and creamy.
- Sprinkle cheese over the sauce. Distribute scrambled eggs evenly. Add bacon and red onion.
- Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley or chives. Slice and serve immediately.
