Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) pre-made pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream (30 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter (28g)
  • 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50g) cooked and crumbled bacon (about 6 slices)
  • 1/4 cup (40g) diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven. Stretch or roll out pizza dough to desired thickness.
  2. Brush with olive oil. Spread with sauce.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in skillet. Cook eggs until soft and creamy.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the sauce. Distribute scrambled eggs evenly. Add bacon and red onion.
  5. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with parsley or chives. Slice and serve immediately.
