  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Whisk together thoroughly until well combined and no lumps remain.
  3. Generously rub the mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
